Eligibility
Only individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to use our consulting services, including booking any services. Any services purchased by an individual under the age of 18, without our knowledge, is used at their discretion and results are not the responsibility of our services provided.
Services and Future Changes
Lucky Cosmic Studios provides astrology‑related content, readings, digital products, and community features.
We reserve the right to modify, expand, limit, or discontinue any part of our offerings at any time, with or without notice. This includes paid and free services.
Intellectual Property

• Chargebacks or payment disputes
No refunds are guaranteed in the event of suspension or termination
Refund Policy
All purchases of products are final. We encourage you to carefully consider your decision before purchasing or booking a service. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided once the service is booked unless at the discretion of the owner of the services provided.
Service Refusal and Modification
We reserve the right to decline any request for a service, question, concern, or topic that is deemed inappropriate or outside the scope of our services offered. We also reserve the right to rephrase or modify questions to ensure they align with our services. These appointments are to discuss only the Client. We will not pull information and give any type of consultation regarding another person including, but not limited to, parents, friends, siblings, spouses, partners, supervisors, co-workers, children, etc.
Updates to Terms and Website
We may update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We may also update or modify the website, its features, or its policies without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Astrology is a form of entertainment and personal insight. Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. The owner of this website, including any agents or representatives (anyone identified in the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, etc.) accepts no liability or responsibility for any actions taken, or decisions made by you, the client or member of this site as a result of services provided. You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and the consequences thereof. You are encouraged to exercise your own judgment and decision-making abilities.
Lucky Cosmic Studios is not liable for any damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the website
• Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies
• Actions taken based on astrological interpretations
• Third‑party links or services
Your use of the site is at your own risk.
No Guarantees
Given the highly personal and subjective nature of the services, as well as the principle of free will, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the use of these services. Your experiences and the results you achieve are dependent on a multitude of factors outside of our control.
No Show Policy
Client will be held responsible for the appointment date and time they choose to schedule. If the Client does not show for that date and time within the first 10 minutes, it will be considered a “no show”, and we have the obligation to cancel the appointment. In this event, we hold the right to deny rescheduling or any further services with the Client in the future. Please note it takes considerable time for preparation for these appointments as an astrologer. In the event of a “no show”, there will not be a refund of any sort given to the Client.
Payment
Payment in full will be paid at the time of booking. If for some reason the payment is on hold, the client will be informed of this if contact is able to be made through the information given by the client. It is understood that full payment must be received before any services will be given. Payment will be made in U.S. dollars.
Confidentiality of Service
All information (written or verbal) is part of the appointment and is confidential, but is not considered legally confidential. The astrologer agrees to not disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s consent. The client’s name will not be disclosed without consent and the full name will not be disclosed. The Client’s first name may be disclosed as a reference with the Client’s consent. If the Astrologer feels the Client discloses something that needs urgent medical or legal attention or if the client threatens to end their life or that of someone else, relevant authorities will be informed and the the Client’s permission is not needed to do so. In the event you know the astrologer in a personal and/or professional setting(s), this confidentiality of service applies to those settings as well, with the exception of self-harming or harming of others circumstances.
Client Information & Responsibilities
Client is responsible for providing an accurate birth time (exact date, time and place of birth). Exact birth time is very important for astrological services and creating an accurate reading for the client. The services can not be provided without this exact information.
Client information will be kept in the astrologer’s records and software that is password protected. This information is confidential and is not stored on a public network. The Client’s information will not be used for any other reason unless permission of the client is obtained.
Client agrees to arrive at the appointment and services with a growth mindset and open mind regarding the topics and services provided.
If these services are illegal in your area (including politically, culturally, religiously, etc.) the Client agrees that they are obtaining these services on their own free will and the astrologer and/or owners and/or representatives of these services and website will not be held responsible in any way for legal or personal ramifications that might occur as a result
